Biography
Ampumuza Desire is a GIS and Remote Sensing expert.
She experienced in geospatial analysis, environmental monitoring, and spatial data visualisation.
Her research interests include air pollution, environmental health, flood-risk assessment, and geospatial applications for environmental decision making.
Desire has worked with Esri East Africa, the Open Environmental Data Project and Humanitarian OpenStreetMap, and has experience in GIS training and spatial data quality assurance. Currently, she is pursuing an MSc in Geographical Information Systems and Remote Sensing at Kyambogo University. LinkedIn
