Biography
Lydia Annet Nadera Otimong is a research and evaluation specialist with 15 years of experience in multidisciplinary research, programme evaluation and policy analysis.
She holds an MSc in Global Development from The Open University, an MA in Social Sector Planning and Management from Makerere University, and a BA (Hons) in Social Sciences from Makerere University.
Her research interests include climate adaptation and resilience, sustainable agriculture, food systems, renewable energy, livelihoods, gender and social inclusion, and monitoring and evaluation.
At the Mandera Climate Resilience Institute, she contributes expertise in mixed-methods research, programme evaluation, gender-responsive analysis, evidence synthesis, policy engagement and research capacity strengthening. LinkedIn
